Being together as a team in Nature
Finding time to deepen our relationships is important to us in the wellbeing team. It's not always easy with the demands of work and life.
This week Sara and I took a trip down to spend time with the East Anglian Teams for an away day at Heron Meadows.
Last night a white barn owl circled the fields and hedgerows in flight, occasionally alighting on a small mammal. We had spent the day together learning from each other about autism and EMDR. Passionate personal and learning from experience. The final session was a presentation by Lauren an Essex University Psychology Student who researched therapeutic parenting with parents and practitioners. Her report will soon be available on the website.
A fabulous feast was shared at the end of the day followed by music and stories around the fire.
We are looking forward to similar times with our team in Devon
